The Only No-Cut 7.3L Godzilla Swap Kit for the 1961–1969 Lincoln Continental
Drop Ford's most torque-rich modern V8 into your classic Lincoln — without cutting the car.
The Lincoln Continental platform is one of the most sought-after canvases in the restomod world — long, low, and built to make a statement. The Ford 7.3L "Godzilla" V8 is one of the most underrated performance engines on the market today: massive torque, proven reliability, modern EFI, and a power band that feels like nothing else on the road.
Nobody had put the two together. Until now.
DIRRTY CUSTOMS has engineered a complete bolt-in swap kit that mates the Ford 7.3L Godzilla to the 1961–1969 Lincoln Continental — with no cutting required, no structural modification, and no compromises. Just the right parts, precision-fit, ready to install.
Already proven in the field — DIRRTY CUSTOMS has sold and shipped Mount Kits and Headers to multiple builders of these fine cars. Real world confirmation, before ever listed online. It works.

Why it matters
Why No-Cut Matters
Cutting a classic Lincoln is a one-way door. Once you notch into the unibody structure or modify the firewall, you've permanently altered a car that can't be replaced. Other swap solutions on the market require exactly that — and they're working with engine platforms that don't match the Lincoln's character anyway.
The DIRRTY CUSTOMS kit was engineered from the ground up to work within the Continental's factory unibody structure. No cutting. No welding. No permanent modifications you'll regret. Your car stays your car — just with a modernized, fuel-injected powerplant and instantaneous torque.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before you order. Don't see your question answered here? Contact us directly — we've done enough of these to answer just about anything fast.
Does the kit really require zero cutting or frame modification?
Yes — that's the whole point. The DIRRTY CUSTOMS kit was engineered specifically to work within the Lincoln Continental's factory unibody "frame rails" and body structure. No notching, no cutting, no welding to the frame. Some minor massaging of the tunnel is required. Your car's structure remains completely intact. This is what separates our kit from other swap solutions on the market.
Which Lincoln Continental years does the kit fit?
The kit fits 1961–1969 Lincoln Continental, both sedan and convertible body styles. If you have questions about a specific year or build configuration, contact us and we'll confirm fitment for your car.
Which Ford 7.3L Godzilla engines does the kit support?
The kit is designed for all generations of the Ford 7.3L Godzilla V8 as found in 2020+ Ford Super Duty F-250/F-350 and 2020+ Ford F-600 applications. Will also fit the 6.8L and Megazilla variants! Contact us if you have questions about a specific engine variant.
What transmission does the kit work with?
The kit is designed and proven with the Ford 4R70W automatic transmission with overdrive — the same combination used in the DIRRTY CUSTOMS Project Pangea build. This is the recommended transmission for the no-cut installation. Contact us to discuss other transmission options for your specific build.
Does the kit work with factory steering components?
Yes. The kit is engineered to retain the Lincoln's factory steering components without modification — again proven on our own Project Pangea build and others. Both early and late model steering box fitment confirmed. This is an important consideration for buyers who want to maintain the car's original driving character and avoid additional fabrication work.
What's the difference between the Complete Kit, Mount Kit, and standalone headers?
The Complete Swap Kit ($2,050) includes everything — engine mounts, transmission crossmember, stainless steel headers, full hardware, and installation instructions. It's the best value and the simplest path to a complete installation.
The Mount & Crossmember Kit ($450) includes the engine mounts, transmission crossmember, hardware, and instructions — but not the headers. This is popular with DIY builders who want to fabricate their own headers, or builders who want to get started while waiting for header availability.
The Stainless Steel Headers ($1,700) are available standalone for builders who already have mounts sorted or are upgrading from a previous installation.
Is this kit proven or is it a prototype?
The kit has been proven in real-world installations — including multiple completed swaps before it was ever listed for sale online, and our own in-house Project Pangea build using the exact same kit. This is not a prototype. It works.
Can I install this myself or do I need a shop?
The kit is designed to be installed by a professional fabrication shop or an experienced builder. This is a bolt on kit, but you'll need a solid understanding of drivetrain installation. The included installation instructions document the process in detail. If you need help finding a qualified installer in your area, reach out and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.
Do you offer partner components like fuel pumps, oil pans, and accessory drives?
Yes — through our established partner network we can connect you with purpose-built components for this swap including a drop-in in-tank EFI fuel pump, custom front sump oil pan, full accessory drive, intake manifold, and control pack & wiring harness. Contact us to discuss a complete package quote including partner components.
Do you offer installation services?
The kit itself ships nationwide as a parts package — we don't currently offer remote installation services. However if you're interested in having DIRRTY CUSTOMS perform the full swap on your Lincoln, contact us to discuss availability and pricing for in-shop work.
What are the lead times and shipping details?
Lead times may vary depending on current production schedule and order volume. Contact us before ordering to confirm current lead time - Right now, anticipated ship date on all presale Header orders is Early July, 2026. We ship nationwide from Sheridan, Wyoming.
I have a question that isn't answered here — how do I reach you?
Call or email directly — we respond fast and we'll give you a straight answer.
